Best Coast Spiced Agricole Rum begins with our award-winning estate-grown Agricole Rum, distilled from fresh-pressed sorghum cane grown on our farm on Vancouver Island’s Saanich Peninsula. Unlike traditional molasses-based rum, our agricole-style rum captures the bright, grassy character of fresh cane, creating a vibrant foundation for this spiced expression.

After distillation, the rum is infused with our distiller’s proprietary blend of natural spices and gently rested in oak barrels. This process allows the flavours to marry and develop depth while preserving the distinctive character of the agricole spirit.

The result is a rich and balanced rum with notes of warm baking spice, vanilla, and subtle oak layered over the fresh cane character of our estate-grown rum.
