A Century in the Making.
In 1927, our family put down roots in Vancouver Island soil.
One hundred years later, we are proud to release the 1927 Centennial Edition — a small-batch bourbon-style whisky crafted to honour five generations of stewardship, hard work, and commitment to the land.
Distilled and aged in North Saanich, British Columbia, this limited-release bourbon-style whisky is made from BC-grown corn and locally malted barley, creating a rich, approachable whisky with classic bourbon-inspired character while remaining distinctly West Coast.
This is more than a whisky.
It is a celebration of family, place, and 100 years of history.
