Award-winning agricole rum, grown and distilled on our farm on Vancouver Island’s Saanich Peninsula. Made from estate-grown sorghum cane rather than molasses, our rum is brighter, cleaner and more expressive than traditional styles — available unspiced and in a barrel-rested spiced expression.
